Privacy Notice

This notice covers Maybuy’s public pre-launch landing page and waitlist only. It does not describe the data practices of a future Maybuy product.

Information collected

When you join, Maybuy collects your email address, any first name you choose to provide, any decision-challenge response you choose to provide, a record of your consent, and the date and time you joined.

Why it is used

Maybuy uses this information to operate the waitlist, understand what prospective users find difficult about purchase decisions, manage private-preview invitations, and send updates about preview or release availability. Joining the waitlist is not a signup for an unrelated marketing newsletter.

Service providers and sale of information

Infrastructure providers that host the site, store waitlist entries, or help deliver waitlist communications may process this information to provide those services. Maybuy does not sell waitlist information.

How long it is kept

Waitlist information is kept while Maybuy is managing the waitlist, private preview, and release communications, and is deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes or when a deletion request is completed.

Your requests and contact

You may ask Maybuy to correct or delete your waitlist information, or remove you from waitlist communications. If you receive a Maybuy waitlist email before the public contact channel is available, reply to that email with your request.
